Samhain (pronounced Sow-in) 10/31-11/1
Samhain was first observed by Celtic Pagans. It is marked the end of summer and the end of the harvest season. The Celts believed the veil between the living and the dead was especially thin.
Rituals include dancing, feasting, nature walks, and building altars. On your altar you might place apples, pumpkins, corn, straw etc.
