Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotion pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. My goal is to help you gain relief from the everyday stressors of life, traumas and injuries in a holistic manner through Reiki and aromatherapy. Using aromatic essential oils, combined with the energy healing of Reiki, improves the health of the body, mind and spirit. It also enhances both physical and emotional health.

At the end of the session, together we will discuss any aftercare daily living activities that may assist you in maintaining your personal wellness goals.
