Single Session of Age Regression Therapy with Mary Tirrell

90 minute session that includes 3 to 4 age regressions to uncover the original event that triggered the trauma and behaviors that the client developed to shield and protect itself from the pain. The additional regressions help illuminate the patterns of behavior that reinforced the negative thoughts and feelings. Once we identify the triggers and the patterns, we use an inner, wise adult to bring love and healing.
