Hi! I'm Mary Tirrell, your friendly neighborhood hypno coach! I combine hypnotherapy, coaching and reiki to help my clients get to the root cause of their trauma and pain. I'm a certified health coach, hypnotist and reiki practitioner so I have lots of "tools" in my toolbox. I love working with people and helping them see that they have the power to heal themselves. I hold the space and guide you.... you do the rest!
My little family and I are newly transplanted to Maryland from Colorado. My husband and I love to hike with our 2 black lab rescue pups and explore our new home area. We're looking forward to learning more and having more fun adventures!
